Chief Executive Officer - Elizabeth Coulliette

Since 1981, Beth has devoted much of her life to the seniors of Bay County.  She has received honors reflective of her service including the State Leadership Award from the Florida Association of Service Providers, the State of Florida Transportation Provider Award, the Jefferson Award, and Lynn Haven Citizen of the Year.

A Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of West Florida, Beth holds a degree in Psychology.  She has other degrees and certifications in the field of management.

Chief Operating Officer - Andrea Marsh

Originally from Massachusetts, Andrea has made Florida home for most of her adult life.  She has recently returned to Bay County after spending a number of years in south Florida working as a Finance Director for a Sheriff's Office.  Her previous roles with Bay County Council on Aging include Assistant Director and Assistant Fiscal Officer.  She has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Boston University and a Master's Degree in Management from Florida State University's Panama City Campus.
