Information & Referral

This program provides information about available services for senior adults.  If the service is not available at Bay County Council on Aging, a referral is made to another agency that can meet the client's needs.  Follow-up contact insures that the client has received the requested service.  Outreach visits provide personal contact with senior adults who need assistance in applying for services or need encouragement to access essential programs.
